Thank you for buying our Courses. We ensure that our students have a rewarding experience while they discover, assess, and purchase our courses. We discourage the refund cases as it is always advisable to see the online videos/content available to assess the level of teaching and classes we provide during course, before taking final admission. Therefore we presume that anyone who is taking admission has already gone through DIPS online­presence and counselling session to understand the teaching methods and amenities provided by DIPS Academy during the course, to take well informed­decision. However, due to any reason, if anyone, still, seeks refund, will be surely taken care of, to make their experience amazing.


REFUND POLICY FOR CLASSROOM PROGRAM


Registration Fee Refund : No refund of Registration Fee shall be made under any circumstances whatsoever.

Refund Before 7 days of Start of Course: If any student pays the fee for any Classroom Program and wants to withdraw/ask for refund before 7 days (or more) of the commencement of classes/course in the institute, Fee paid will be refunded along with PDCs submitted (If any) thorugh bank transfer of cheque only. The registration fee will not be refunded, in any case.

Refund after 7 days and before start of the Course : If any student pays the fee for any Classroom Program and wants to withdraw/ask for refund after 7 days and before the commencement of classes/course in the institute, Fee paid will be refunded along with PDCs submitted (If any). The registration fee and 5% Total course fee will be deducted and rest will refunded through bank transfer or cheque only.


Refund after Start of Course:

Within 7 days: If any student, leaves the classes / institute within 7 days from the date of commencement of the classes/course in the institute due to whatsoever reason, the Registration Fee and 25% of total fee will be deducted and rest will be refunded through bank transfer or cheque.

After 7 days : If any student leaves the classes/institute after 7 days from the date of commencement of the classes/course in the Institute due to whatsoever reason, then no refund will be processed.

REFUND POLICY FOR CLASSROOM PROGRAM

If any student pays the fee for online Video Lectures, and raise refund request within 5 days of activation of course, 90% of the course Fee will be refunded through bank transfer or cheque. Post 5 days no refund will be entertained and processed. Refund will not be entertained if the participant has accessed more than 25% content or downloaded the E-Book (if any) within first 5 days from the date of course activation.

No refund will be processed for study material.
